BELLOTA PREMIUM PLUS (ACORN-FED PREMIUM PLUS):

A fruit of our traceability system, which records all the information in the life of each sample on a daily basis in order to find the highest class of Iberian pigs.

BELLOTA D.O. (ACORN-FED + DENOMINATION OF ORIGIN):

Enjoy double control: internal control based on Ibersélec’s criteria – the strictest on the market – and external control managed by the Extremadura Pasture’s Denomination of Origin Regulatory Board.

BELLOTA (ACORN-FED):

It only occupies 2% of total Spanish ham production and is born thanks to the huge dehesa producing it. Nature decides the amount of ACORN hams that can be produced, which is a limited number: it is possible to produce more animals in mass-production farms, but the dehesas are unique.

CAMPO (PASTURE-FED):

This Ibersélec product shares the identical breeding conditions as BELLOTA (ACORN-FED), except that they received supplementary feed consisting of cereals to reach their ideal weight as weather conditions means that there is insufficient availability of acorns for the animals in the country phase.
